If you are less than 100% satisfied with GreatVPN service, we will gladly refund your payment as long as the refund of your yearly+ plan is requested within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We strive to address any problem you may run into with our service. With live chat and phone support, you can always get in touch with a team member when you need a helping hand. But if our service doesn’t meet your expectations, your purchase is still protected for up to 30 days, risk-free. If you choose to discontinue your yearly+ privacy service through the portal in your Control Panel, the refund is returned automatically within three business days. Discontinuing a monthly plan in the Control Panel will not initiate a refund process, and requires additional outreach to Customer Support.
